Reza - Port wine Birthmark
"I'm going to get all the girls now!"
Having visible skin disorders such as Vitiligo, birthmarks, scars and many others, makes it hard to feel confident and to chase your dreams or simply just walk out the door in the morning. A lot of us have been taught “it’s not what’s on the outside that counts, but what’s on the inside, but we have to be honest and agree that what we look like on the outside has got a lot to do with how we feel on the inside otherwise we wouldn’t brush our hair, put on make-up or care about what we wear each day. If we look good it makes us feel good, it makes us feel confident and like we could conquer just about anything.
Unfortunately people everywhere, everyday, are left to go through life with terrible skin disorders, some a lot worse than others and almost all being untreatable. People are also left with scars ranging from very small to scars that cover the whole body. Like skin disorders, scars as we all know, are also untreatable, so people have to go through the rest of their lives with these different types of unattractive skin disorders that are visible to the world.
Everyday, no matter how well they brush their hair or no matter how expensive the dress or shirt is, there will always be that scar or birthmark or whatever skin disorder they may have staring back at them in the mirror. Because of what they saw in that mirror, they will constantly feel emotional and won’t want to go outside and face the world, so they will constantly hide away from the world not being able to simply live life. People with skin disorders aren’t just affected physically but also mentally.
With Microskin™ people with skin disorders can feel normal like everyone else and not feel like an outsider or feel like they’ve been shunned by society. Microskin™ changes people’s lives.
Reza Yahya is a young, very talented artist. For years it’s been difficult for Reza especially trying to follow a career in Art, because to be successful you have to be recognised. Because of a Port wine birthmark covering almost half his face and neck, getting his face known to the public was very daunting. Not being able to properly follow what he loves to do and to just be social and be confident with women and to not even be able to walk through a shopping mall caused a lot of anger and frustration. All his life he had people constantly looking at him and staring. When walking through a shopping mall, he would go out of his way to hide that side of his face.
Reza came to Microskin™ to have colour correction and instantly after applying Microskin™ you could see a change, 'I’m a new man' . He was happy and confident and on the first day of wearing Microskin™ he went to the local shopping mall and walked with his head up high down the centre of the aisles explaining “this is the first time in my life I’ve been able to do this' as if he were just released from a curse. Not long after his colour correction he followed his passion and graduated from a Visual Arts course with his work and a portrait photo of him published in a catalogue for a very important exhibition. For the first time in Reza Yahya life he’s been able to feel free and live life without pain and anger.
The information above accurately reflects the person's experience with Microskin and is not an employee or actor associated with Microskin. Improved mental outlook will vary for each client depending on a variety of factors (for example), some people are no doubt more comfortable with their pre-Microskin appearance and therefore will experience less dramatic improvement than those more traumatized by their unsightly appearance.
